Day 4: Apple and Carrots - Lose 2 kg

Breakfast - 2 carrots and an apple, grated and mixed together.
Lunch - Carrot and apples salad with honey and lemon
Dinner - 2 apples baked with 1 tsp of honey.

Day 5: Carrots and beets - Lose 2 kg

Breakfast - A carrot and a beet both boiled
Lunch - A boiled beet wit a boiled egg
Dinner - Carrots

Day 6: Apples - Lose 1 to 2 kg

Repeat Day 1 menu

Day 7: Apples - Lose 1 to 2 kg

Repeat Day 2 menu

NOTE: Whenever you feel hungry you can increase amount of apples.
